FUNKOMUNKY (MALAYSIA) – FULL BIO

Having first started spinning at KL most notorious underground club, CURE we see Funkomunky first found the sound of percussion and drum and ever since he started playing funky house tribal to hard techno tribal and he is also known for his mesmerized hard and funky electro to house beat.

Wanting to introduce tribal music into the party scene, he started working with pioneer DJ, Jungle Jerry and also percussionist Dholi K; Drumz Come Alive was born, and it plays host to Maison KL weekly residencies. His gigs also landed at Embassy club in Bandung and Jogjakarta.

Currently working on some new projects with Mr Fluff aka Bo and DJ Cookie from Luxy, Taiwan and producing his own house track, catch Funkomunky; the Tribal Gladiator at the first MC Asia Music Factory – the Beginning, Appreciation Night!
